The Project
The project consists of a total 380 kW rooftop photovoltaic system at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School (OLGCHS) in Olney, Maryland (the “Site”). This includes an original 250 kW system that began generating power in August 2016, with an additional 130 kW system added to the Performing Arts building in 2020.
The power-generating equipment relating to the project is owned by the Falcon Solar Fund. The owner is a special purpose entity (SPE) formed for the purpose of holding ownership of the power-generating equipment and the other assets and liabilities relating to the project. The power generated by the project is purchased by OLGCHS pursuant to a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) for a term of 20 years. The project was developed by SPH Solutions LLC, an integrated energy services company.
